Needle handler

   1.   Registered as exclusive licensee of patent for new technology wasted syringe in cooperation with KAIST.

   2.   After acquiring patents, we succeeded in commercialization after years of product development. Since 2007,

we have been spreading to hospitals, health centers, and institutions nationwide.

   3.   Participated in the Dusseldorf Medical Equipment Fair in Germany. In 2006, we received favorable reviews from all over the world with

         differentiated performance and competitive prices.

   4.   In 2006, it was selected as an environmentally superior fishery company and in 2007, selected as a new technology grand prize by the Small and

         Business Administration.

   5.   Participated in the economic missions of Africa, France and Mongolia assem Summit as presidential delegation in 2016

• Participated in Dusseldorf Medical Equipment Exhibition, Germany in November 2006 and 2008• Currently export contracts to several countries such as USA, Germany, Japan, UK, Switzerland, Italy, Greece, Finland and Turkey

Global trends in the prevention and regulation of medical pollution by needle puncture accidents and infectious waste

According to a report by the Korean Association of Infection Control Nurses in April 2006, the number of disposable syringes is the highest among the medical practitioners, with 40% of the disposable syringes.

Another study found that 96% of medical practitioners have had needles, and 51% have been punctured more than three times. In addition, according to this paper, the needle sticking condition occurs most frequently during the removal of the cap after the injection, or during the separate collection.

In the United States, the seriousness has been raised since the drama ER, which showed the AIDS infection caused by the needles of nurses in 1997. Recently, in the United States, the needle injury prevention plan was passed, and each hospital is mandatory to use the needle processor. The trend is to legalize its use.

Used needles must be separated and treated as damaging waste, but in the process, it is impossible to incinerate them completely, so the needles are buried in the ground as they are and are exposed to the ground during natural disasters or redevelopment. It is damaging the environment.

Needle Smelter is an essential device for secondary infection prevention and environmental protection.

In hospitals where the general public is recognized as a safe place, medical practitioners such as doctors, nurses, and clinical pathologists are always exposed to secondary infections caused by injection needles during the treatment of patients.

By inventing and commercializing the syringe needle processor with KAIST, we have launched a product that solves the secondary infection problem caused by the needle.

Using a needle handler can prevent secondary infections and make it easier and cheaper to treat damaged waste.

Syringes contribute to the delivery of advanced medical services in response to global health and safety trends.

Characteristics of the product

1. The principle of Needle      Swelter

Melt oxidation at 1600º

When inserted into the needle insertion hole, the needle itself generates heat of resistance, and instantaneous high heat of 1600 degrees or more is formed, which melt-oxidizes the metallic needle.

2. Scientific performance

    and safety

Semi-permanent durabilityAutomatic needle detectionProcess within 1 second

It guarantees semi-permanent durability, and if the needle is inserted, the device automatically detects and generates high heat only on the needle area, so it is safe and harmless to human body.

Handles all needles from 16 to 30 gage, ½ to 1.8 inches.

3. Originality and

    practicality

Efficient Waste

DisposalPractical and economic

The molten residue of the metallic injection needle is general waste, and the residue of 2 ~ 3mm remaining in the syringe can be discharged to the waste synthetic resin waste together with the syringe. (See Ministry of Environment Interpretation)

It is practical and economical because it only takes 1kw of electricity to process 5,000 needles.

4. Excellent effect

Compared to foreign productsExcellent effect

Other advanced products, such as the US, use a rotating motor or a knife to simply cut or cut a needle, which is excellent in terms of functionality and inexpensive.

The needle treated in the syringe processor is completely sterilized (over 99.9%) by incineration of all pathogens such as MRSA, HIV / AIDS, Jepatitis B / C, etc. There is not.
